I’m officially registered for the ABMP CE Summit: PAIN in October! 🙌💙

One thing about me, I’m always going to keep learning. Massage therapy isn’t just about making someone relax for an hour. Understanding pain, how the body responds to it, and how I can better support my clients is a huge part of what I do.

Continuing education means I get to keep adding to my toolbox, improving my skills, and bringing even more knowledge into every session. And yes… I’m a nerd about this stuff and actually get excited about CE. 😂

October 27th, I’ll be spending the day learning all things PAIN with ABMP, and I’m pretty damn excited about it. 💆‍♀️📚

Never stop learning. Never stop growing. 💙

“Can I schedule an appointment?”

YES. Yes you can. 😂🙌

I have open massage appointments available this week! So if your back is screaming, your neck has decided it only turns one direction, or you’ve been saying “I really need a massage” for the last three months… consider this your sign. 😂

Don’t wait until your neck officially files for divorce. 😂

Next week’s to-do list:
✔️ Schedule massage
✔️ Get massage
✔️ Feel like a functioning human again
✔️ Immediately schedule the next one because apparently our bodies require maintenance 😂

I’ve got appointments available next week! If your neck is permanently attached to your ears, your back is filing a formal complaint, or you’re just overdue for some YOU time… this is your sign. 🙌

And yes… scheduling your next massage before you leave absolutely counts as being responsible. 😂💙

Nothing like a fresh issue of Massage & Bodywork and immediately flipping through it like, “Ooooh… I can use this on my clients.” 😂💆‍♀️

One thing about this career, you NEVER stop learning. There’s always a new technique, a different perspective, or something that makes you rethink how you approach the body.

Continuing education isn’t just for CE hours. I genuinely love learning more about what I do. 🖤

Now excuse me while I nerd out over massage stuff nobody else in my house cares about. 😂

😂 The pain scale question every massage therapist asks… and the question every client immediately turns into a full-blown investigation.

“On a scale of 1–10, what’s your pain?”

My clients:
“Right now?”
“Like… when I move?”
“Which spot?”
“Before or after I’ve been sitting?”
“Does emotional pain count?” 😂

Listen, I just need a number. We’ll unpack the rest once you’re on the table. 🤣💆‍♀️
