✨ IMPORTANT BOOKING & SCHEDULING POLICY UPDATE ✨

I have tried very hard to avoid requiring deposits for my services. I wanted to keep booking as simple and convenient as possible for everyone. Unfortunately, after more no-shows, last-minute cancellations, and appointments being canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice than I can even count, I have reached a point where I have to make a change.

Moving forward, a NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT will be required to book all new appointments. The deposit is NOT an additional charge — it will be applied toward the total cost of the service you book.

🩷 If you already have an appointment scheduled on my books, I will NOT be asking you for a deposit for that existing appointment. This policy will apply to appointments booked moving forward that are not currently on my schedule.

I completely understand that emergencies happen and sometimes plans change. However, when someone reserves several hours of my day and then doesn’t show up or cancels at the last minute, it is extremely difficult—sometimes impossible—to fill that opening. That means I lose the income I had set aside that time to earn.

This is my career, my small business, and how I provide for my family and my two children. As a single mother, my time matters both at work and at home.

I put my absolute best into every person who sits in my chair, regardless of whether you are coming in for a haircut, color, extensions, waxing, or another service. I want every client to receive my full attention and an outstanding experience. In return, I simply ask that my time and my business are respected.

I will also be establishing and sticking to set business hours. My family deserves my time too, and I am making it a priority to protect that balance.

That being said, I understand that my regular hours may not work for everyone. If you need an appointment outside of my normal business hours, I will do my best to accommodate you when possible; however, after-hours appointments will include an additional convenience fee.

Just like working beyond scheduled hours at any other job comes at an additional cost, appointments that require me to extend my workday or take time away from my family will be treated the same way.

These policies are not meant to punish anyone. They are being put in place so that I can protect my time, my income, my family, and continue giving my clients the level of service they deserve.

To every client who shows up, respects my time, recommends me, shares my work, books again, and continues to support my small business — THANK YOU. 🩷

I truly appreciate every single person who chooses to sit in my chair and trust me with their hair and beauty services. Your support means more to my family and me than you probably realize.
