💙 This month’s Sola Spotlight is Anaydia Kerns, owner of Hairbynaydia at Sola Salons Charlotte – RiverGate!

Anaydia’s mom was a huge influence in her decision to start doing hair. What began as something she wanted to try quickly became something she couldn’t stop doing, and she fell in love with the creativity and connection that comes with being behind the chair.

Specializing in signature cuts, color, and kids cuts, Anaydia got her start in Greenville, SC before bringing her talent to Sola in October 2026. Having her own suite gives her the freedom to create the experience she’s always envisioned, from the atmosphere to the products she uses to the way she takes care of every client.

What excites her most about Sola? Having a space that truly feels like her, while bringing her vision to life and connecting with other beauty professionals along the way.

We’re so excited to welcome Miki Russ to Sola Salons Arboretum! Miki is the owner of CryoSculpt Carolina, which she has proudly operated since 2020. She’s also a fitness professional with nearly four decades of experience in the industry and currently teaches 12 classes across a five-day workweek! When she’s not working, Miki is a proud mom of three grown children and grandmother to three grandsons. 💙

A licensed esthetician, Shannon specializes in skincare, waxing, lashes and brows, and Reiki. Opening her own studio gave her the chance to create the experience she's always wanted for her clients: a calm space where you can take a breath, feel cared for, and feel good in your skin.

What makes Shannon different? She loves getting to know the person behind the appointment. Whether you're working toward a skin goal or just need an hour to yourself, she wants you to feel comfortable coming in exactly as you are and leave feeling refreshed, confident, and a little more like yourself.
