I allowed my students to do my makeup today—and it was the perfect way to celebrate our last day of class! 💄✨

When these ladies first started, they were unsure about skincare and questioned a lot of what I taught. They thought they were coming to learn facials and makeup, but along the way they discovered that aesthetics is so much more. There’s science, theory, and knowledge behind every treatment.

Ladies, congratulations on completing aesthetics school! I’m proud of how much you’ve grown and excited to see where your skills take you. See you in the future! 🎓💛

One thing I love as an instructor is giving students the chance to learn beyond the classroom. I welcome them to shadow me in the spa, at events, and out in the field so they can see how I work as an esthetician and businesswoman.

This young lady is a cosmetology student at the school where I teach. Although she isn’t one of my students, she reached out because she wanted to shadow me, see how I operate at events, and learn by my side. I’m honored she trusted me with that opportunity. She’s gaining hands-on experience, business insight, and a mentor along the way. Proud to call her my mentee! 💛✨

This time last year, I was teaching at Premiere San Antonio—my first time teaching on a national level! I’m so grateful for the opportunity and proud of how far I’ve come as an esthetics educator. That experience reminded me to keep showing up, sharing what I know, and believing in the doors that are opening for me. ✨

Week three of school, and it’s time for Florida Academy Of Health & Beauty students to get their hands wet! They’ve only watched me perform a facial once, so today was all about hands-on practice. Congratulations, ladies, on completing your very first facial! Keep learning, keep practicing, and keep building your confidence. 💆🏽‍♀️👏🏽

I wish I had a hidden camera in class when I tell my students they’ll be learning makeup. The first thing I hear is, “I don’t know how to do makeup,” or “I don’t even like makeup!”

But sometimes, trying something new can surprise you. Look at my student—she blossomed right before our eyes! You could see her confidence grow with every step, and the smile on her face said it all.

Never count yourself out or decide you don’t like something before you give it a try. You might discover a side of yourself you didn’t know was there! 💄✨

The way I position myself to make a sale is by leading with my passion. I share the story, care, and purpose behind every product because I truly believe in what I create. That passion helps customers connect with my products—and makes the sale feel natural.
