I’ve gone back and forth about sharing this 🥹

Last month I was involved in a serious moped accident that left me with a fractured ankle, a concussion, and extensive road rash. I’ve been overwhelmed by the support, concern, and messages from clients, friends, and family, and I wanted to give everyone an update.

Recovery is moving along but taking time. As someone who is used to being busy, creating, and taking care of others, being forced to slow down has been one of the hardest parts.

I’m sharing a few photos not for sympathy, but because this is the reality of what recovery looks like right now. Sometimes social media only shows the the highs, and I want to be honest about where I am.

Thank you to everyone who has checked in, helped my family, and shown me kindness during this time. It means more than you know.

For now, I’m focusing on healing, creating and taking things one day at a time. 💕
