Which Vitamin A is right for your skin? 🤍

Not all Vitamin A products are created equal. While retinol has become the most well-known form, I choose retinaldehyde because it delivers incredible results with less irritation.

Here’s why 👇🏻

✨ Retinaldehyde is only ONE conversion away from retinoic acid (see 3rd slide), the active form your skin uses. Retinol has to convert twice, making it slower and often less effective. Not to mention the damage that can be done when it isn’t used with a delivery system.
