Back to School Beauty coming in hot for her first day of High-school! This sweet girl came in like a whirlwind to get her fun in the sun ends chopped off and left as quickly as she arrived to get to water polo practice! I didn't get the chance to take a picture, so her mom was kind enough to let me use her picture! This is another natural haired curly girl who just gets long round layers to help her curls lay nicely.

SO! THIS Back to School Beauty is ....dare I say it...MY FAVORITE girly!! I've known her since she was in 3rd grade and I can't believe she is heading into her Freshman year of High-school!! I took this NATURAL redhead and placed some chestnut low-lights throughout her hair, which compliments her copper golden tresses. She is ready to slay this next chapter of life!

Back to School Beauty heading into her Senior year with this fresh haircut and blowout! She normally has BEAUTIFUL curls, but a change is what is in order for her last First Day of School!! But not to worry her long round layers will work beautifully when she wears it curly as well!

Another Back to School Beauty! This gorgeous girly is starting her Senior year with a quick mineral detox to brighten her blonde, a root smudge to give more longevity to her highlights and of course a much needed haircut from too much fun in the sun to freshen up those ends! She is ready to make her LAST First Day of School debut.

I love this week of the year! All the fun back to school hair....cutting off all the damaged ends from endless hours of fun in the sun! Adding in highlights, but most of all, I like to hear what they experienced during their down time and what they bought for Back to School💖.

I know I'm not the only one who is riding the emotional rollercoaster of quarantine!
These past weeks I've had so many of you reaching out wanting to attend a speakeasy salon, and then so many others that are like "hey call you when all this blows over". And others who are like "I HAVE to color my own hair, I'M SO SORRY!"
I FEEL EVERY ONE OF THOSE REQUESTS & STATEMENTS!!
I get wanting to sneak in the back door with your mask and gloves on to avoid contamination but get those roots handled! I get the "sheltering in place" until the new world emerges to calm the anxiety and stay healthy! I get the in between of the "can I get a touch up kit". BUT MOSTLY I REALLY FEEL THE GUILT you are feeling of coloring your own hair at home!
DO NOT FEEL GUILTY IF YOU HAVE COLORED YOUR OWN HAIR!!
During this time it's NECCESSARY to feel better, and coverage of those roots do that for most. I SUPPORT your feelings of needing to feel better!
I am working on my business during this down time and preparing as much as possible for when the flood gates reopen!
Be kind with others and especially to yourself during this era of Covid19!
