This is for the girl who once thought she wasn’t good enough at her craft. 🤍

The girl who spent too much time comparing herself to other stylists behind the chair, wondering if she was doing enough, learning enough, or if she would ever feel confident in the work she created.

August 19, 2021, I officially became a Wella Professionals Color Specialist—a title earned after completing one of the most prestigious color education programs in our industry.

Looking back at these photos, I don’t just see a title. I see growth. I see the late nights, the education, the mistakes, the lessons, the moments of doubt, and the decision to keep going anyway.

The knowledge and education I’ve been able to bring behind the chair has been incredible. But more than anything, this journey has changed me personally and professionally. It has taught me that there is always more to learn, that comparison will steal your joy, and that becoming the best version of yourself takes time.

I’m incredibly grateful for every educator, mentor, client, and experience that has helped shape the stylist I am today. And I’m still learning. Still growing. Still pushing myself.

I always hope and pray that I can be a light to the people around me—not just through my work, but through the way I show up.

So whether you’ve been following my cosmetology journey from the very beginning or you’ve found me more recently, I hope you know this:

You are capable of so much more than you think.

Don’t let comparison convince you that you’re not good enough. Keep learning. Keep showing up. Keep putting in the work. And keep going after the things God has placed on your heart.

I’m so proud of the girl who didn’t give up. And I’m even more excited for the woman and stylist she’s still becoming. 🤍✨
