Hello, Friends, and Happy Monday to you!

We've got a busy week ahead here in Estate Sale Land! First, all remaining items from last week's TOP PICKS online sale have been marked down to final sale prices and are available for you to NAB UP! Just click link below. Unless otherwise noted, all items purchased before 10am Tuesday will be available for pick up in my shop by noon. My shop hours this week (and pretty much every week) are noon to 4pm, Tuesday through Saturday.

Wednesday, 5:45pm: I'll be back in your inbox with a fresh batch of items for our weekly TOP PICKS online feature. You'll receive the sale link the moment it goes live.

Saturday, 9am to 3pm: IN-HOME SALE - I'll be posting the address later this week. This is a small but absolutely darling little cottage just a block from the library here in Florence. This home has been sold and the Trustee has asked us to empty it out and get it ready for the new owner. If you love beachy decor, you'll love this estate sale! We'll just be here one day (Saturday only) so mark your calendar and make sure you save yourself a window of time to pop by!

If you have purchases hanging out in our back room from previous sales that you still need to pick up, I would be so appreciative if you could make arrangements to pick those up within the next few days. We're awfully short on space and have al lot of inventory we need to move over the next couple of weeks. Thanks so much for your help!

Please do let us know if you are looking for something specific. Both our warehouses are FULL, the shop is FULL, and we have two large estates underway. The odds are in your favor that we have just what you're looking for!

Warmly, Cindy

Here's a brand new listing in Florentine Estates that we recently worked on for a long-time customer. This two bedroom home with den has a spacious and open floor plan and is located on a quiet loop with lovely neighbors. RV hook-ups, a sun room, private back yard, and new carpet throughout are just a few of the special features that make this gem of a home stand out.

Listed by Crystell Wise at TR Hunter Real Estate, a hard working realtor who showed us first hand her dedication to assisting senior clients in downsizing with professionalism, patience, and strong problem solving skills. She was especially supportive of and respectful to our team, as we worked together to make this lovely home ready for market. Teamwork really does make the dream work!

If you're not already working with a Buyer's agent, or you're considering listing your own home, you can reach Crystell at 541-991-9487.

Hello, Friends:

Hope you had a terrific weekend! Fall is definitely in the air and we are doing some fall cleaning in one of my Kingwood warehouses. The problem with having large storage spaces is that they get filled up with COOL STUFF (I'm not pointing any fingers but this often happens when I've been gone and the gang thinks I won't notice - wink wink), and then it takes some divine intervention to get the door opened! My mission this month is to fix that ;)

This week on our Wednesday night TOP PICKS online sale, there will be also sorts of interesting and unusual items featured. We will have at a minimum 25 bundles of assorted leather-working and jewelry making supplies alone from a crafting studio, antique pressed glass collectibles, housewares, and useful items. With any kind of luck, we'll also have grab bags stuffed full of jewelry/parts/beads/findings that are full of little treasures for crafting and jewelry making. It'll be fun, and I expect that we'll have quite an array of items for just about everyone.

If you're not already on my email list, let's fix that so you can be "in the know" sooner rather than later! Just click on this link and fill in the blanks: https://us11.admin.mailchimp.com/audience/inbox/contact-form-editor?id=210145&source=audience_forms

I'll be back in your inbox Wednesday evening at 5:45pm. In the meantime, have an awesome week!

Warmly, Cindy
