Coach Johnny is demonstrating this week’s brain game on the T-Wall: 700ms timeout ⏱️
The game: 30 random targets are shown on a short timeout of only 700 milliseconds 😳
Goal: using peripheral vision and reaction time, try and get all 30 targets ✅

The Activate Brain Health Foundation is out and about promoting the link between exercise and brain health. It’s very fulfilling to inform the locals about the work that we’re doing 🙂. If you are out and about, please stop by both. 
We formed The Activate Brain Health Foundation to continue conduct meaningful brain health research and provide ongoing education for health and medical professionals.
