What a roller coaster of a week! I just wanted to get on here and share that things have unfolded quickly with my health this week. One day I’m feeling okay to another day experiencing loads of pain. Just goes to show how things can change so fast.

With that, I am forced to listen to my body and take a little break to give it what it needs to heal. As much as it also pains me to step away a little bit from this work that I love so much, I know that I need to take care of myself too.

I start therapies soon and I’m not sure what that will look like schedule wise, so I’ve decided not to take on any new bookings at the moment. For those of you who are booked in the coming weeks, I will reach out to you all individually about your scheduled appointment but I’m taking it day by day and seeing how things go with recouping.

To everyone I’ve already reached out to, I so appreciate all of your well wishes to getting better. Keep them coming because I could definitely use all the positive vibes sent my way. Will keep everyone updated. I am grateful for all of your support and understanding in all this ✨🫶🏼
