Alchemy Henna

HENNA by Alchemy at Three Fates Tattoo Gallery in Wyandotte! Come join me, even if you don't want henna. It's going to be a sweet witch themed event lead by Brooks Books for their "Practical Magic" Halloween.

Recent henna, an anonymous gift and a bowl of henna. Hope you're well as we move into October - the year is racing to the end!

I found those flowers on my porch and have no idea who to thank for the gift. If it was you - Thank You for the lovely surprise! They made my day. If it wasn't you, this is a reminder we could all pay forward.

Shared MY favorite herb with some folks at Great Lakes Herb Faire last weekend. We stayed in a tiny house complete with a view, outdoor shower, wee little kitchen and a composting commode. Ready for some henna? www.alchemyhenna.com

Throwback Thursday: found this with my Sweet Lui and hennaed feet. Has me wondering if I'm bendy enough still to henna my own feet.

We said goodbye to Luigi in April and I feel like every snap that shows up needs to come with a warning, because my heart skips every time.

The call/text goes like this: "my jagua isn't popping out"... and every time my heart stops a second (😬).

Here's the thing, henna and jagua develop differently. And sometimes the jagua doesn't show up really well in the first 12 hours. With henna you get that tell-tale bright orange (harbinger of a great stain).

I know the moment of disappointment you have. You've just washed off the gel which had this gorgeous dark color on your skin. Where didi it go? If you're a first time client, you might think you got cheated out of a beautiful, bold, blue design.

If you followed the after-care directions I gave you, (and I can tell if you didn't) -

Give it 24 hours. If it doesn't make a beautiful, bold, blue design, get in touch!

This post comes with a favor: Please help folks find their way to Alchemy! if you use YELP please review Alchemy - Yes, we have great reviews on google (lots of 5 ⭐s)

But folks are moving away from G**gle for a variety of reasons, I could use your help. Duck Duck Go and MapQuest use YELP to direct potential clients my way.

Find your fandom! We all need people to geek out with over the things that make us happy - it feels good to 'find your tribe'. Maybe you know from experience that folks don't get it, don't get it. My wish for you all is to find your folks!

Did some jagua for upcoming geek-out adventures. Travel safe and have a blast!
