Those tiny white bumps that just won’t go away? They may be milia.

Milia are small, firm cysts filled with trapped keratin beneath the surface of the skin. Because they’re enclosed, squeezing them like a regular pimple usually won’t work and can cause unnecessary trauma.

For this removal, I use a precision cautery tool to carefully create an opening at the surface, allowing the milia to be properly extracted with minimal manipulation of the surrounding skin.
