🚨 Growth Beyond Measures Late Policy Update 🚨

My time is valuable, and so is yours. To keep my schedule running smoothly and ensure every client receives the time and attention they deserve, the following late policy is now in effect:

⏰ You must be IN MY CHAIR at your scheduled appointment time. Pulling into the driveway or arriving outside at your appointment time does not mean you’re on time.

💲 Late Fee Policy
• $1 per minute late (up to 20 minutes).
• After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled.
• If your appointment is canceled due to lateness, you must complete the entire booking process again, including paying a new deposit.

📱 Running Late?
If you feel you’re going to be late, I require at least 15 minutes’ notice. Please understand that calling or texting does not waive the late fee—the $1 per minute charge will still apply based on your arrival time.

❌ Please do not contact me 1–10 minutes before your appointment to say you’re running late. At that point, it’s too late for me to adjust my schedule.

⚠️ Repeat Late Arrivals
After 3 late arrivals, you will no longer be able to book with just a deposit. Future appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.

To book an appointment, I do require a non-refundable deposit ranging from $10–$20, depending on the service. Your deposit goes toward your service total.

The reason I require a deposit is because I’ve had too many last-minute cancellations and no-call, no-shows that prevent me from booking other clients. As a business owner, I have to protect my time and prepare for every appointment.

The only time a deposit is refundable is if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel. Because I supply everything needed for your appointment, I begin purchasing supplies and prepping 24–48 hours before your scheduled service.

If you need to reschedule, simply give me 48 hours’ notice, and I’ll gladly transfer your deposit to your new appointment date. On the day of your service, you’ll just be responsible for paying the remaining balance.

I also offer the option to make payments toward your service before your appointment, as long as the balance is paid in full by your scheduled service date.

I’m a very understanding stylist, and I know I may not be the stylist for everyone—and that’s okay. However, these are the policies that allow me to continue providing a professional experience for every client who sits in my chair.
