Because the point was never to tell women what to do. It was to raise our health IQ enough to know what questions to ask next. 🙌

We talked about the things everyone is hearing about right now: peptides, women’s health, hormones, PDRN, skin longevity, recovery, what actually has science behind it, what is mostly marketing, and what may actually be worth your time and money.

And the best part? No one was being sold one answer.

You had experts in the room, women asking real questions, technology making introductions easier, science you could actually understand, and a community that made wellness feel less intimidating and a lot more useful.

That is exactly why I’m so grateful to Mike Yost and the lululemon Georgetown team. He believed in this concept before it was an event; that improving how people live includes improving what they know about their own health. That idea of building a stronger health IQ, creating community and giving people access to better resources felt completely aligned with the bigger mission behind lululemon.

Our speakers gave their time and expertise so women could hear more than the 15-second version they get on social media.

This is what I meant when I said it takes a village.

Wellness should not be about chasing every trend.
It should be about knowing enough to decide which ones deserve your attention.
