She was using a “natural lightener” very similar to sunbum 😔 this lifted her whole too section to a very warm orange looking brown and it’s acidity over processed her previous highlights.

As you can tell, she has some violet tones in there with orange base, her head was two different shades because of the spray not being evenly distributed.

She has previous highlights which because very porous and dry. When the hair is in this condition it will literally soak up everything and in her case, it sucked up all the pigment from her purple shampoo

We lightened her with Redken Blonde IQ 😌 we prepped her hair with the one and only, K18 molecular repair hair mist and demineralizing prep
