A little glimpse into my day 🤍
I’m really trying to establish a good routine for Fall 2026 — waking up earlier, making time for the gym, trading, working, marketing, growing my businesses, and still making time for the people I love.
Just learning to create a schedule that allows me to pour into my business, my goals, my health, and my life without neglecting any one of them.
And something I’ve been thinking about lately:
“If it’s from God, it’ll chase you, even if you run.
And if it’s not from God, it’ll run if you chase it.”

PROGRESS REPORT!!!!!!
9 SESSIONS IN ✨
This is NOT the final result — but the progress so far is worth celebrating!
After just 9 Laser Lipo sessions, we’ve seen a total reduction of 4 inches around the stomach.
Progress so far:
• Hips: − 4 inch
• Waist: −2 inches
• Upper stomach/chest: −1 inch (the most challenging area due to the rib cage)
And we’re not done yet. 👏🏼
More sessions. More progress. Stay tuned for the final results.
