Our main focus is prevention & reduction of pain and stress. Our unique services include Ashiatsu barefoot massage, Thai yoga massage, Craniosacral, Myofascial release, restorative yoga, yin yoga, vinyasa flow, massage education, yoga teacher trainings, acupuncture, and more!
