Hello my beautiful guests,

Lately I have been very laid back on this,

I just want to take a moment to share a gentle reminder about my cancellation and no-show policy, from a place of love and respect for both your time and mine.

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If a cancellation happens with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you don’t show up, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will apply. If the fee isn’t paid, I may not be able to book future appointments in advance.

Please know this policy isn’t about punishment — it’s simply a way to protect the time, energy, and care I pour into each day. When I don’t have enough notice, I miss the chance to offer that time to another guest who may really need it.

That said, I absolutely understand that life can throw us curveballs — if there’s an emergency or something truly unexpected, I will always handle it with compassion and understanding. 💗

I have been flexible many times because I truly care about each of you — but please remember, this work is my livelihood. If I don’t work, I don’t get paid. Every appointment, every minute, matters deeply to me — just like all of you do.

Thank you for your continued kindness, support, and for being such a special part of my journey. I’m so grateful to have you in my chair and in my life.
