Hi friends :)

Seeking input as I start to build my class schedule and would love to hear from you!

What times would you love to see yoga classes available?

What style of classes would you enjoy? (heat building Vinyasa, slow and restorative, chair yoga, a flow that leaves you feeling refreshed and energized, etc)

I appreciate any and all feedback and can't wait to grow and flow together :)
