Chikara Salon & Spa My hours vary, but the salon is open 7 days a week and also provides hair coloring, Keretin treatments, body waxing, and massage.
I work as a Hair Stylist doing cuts, color, and styling for any occasion, Nail Technician doing natural nail manicures and pedicures, gel polish and gel nail enhancements, makeup applications, and facial waxing.

Just finished my exam and I am now certified as a Medinail Advanced Nail Technician. I am trained and certified to perform services safely on people who are chronically ill, like diabetics. I hold my aseptic and safety techniques at a high level and enjoy doing so. I believe I provide a relaxing and friendly energy and my services are gentle yet effective. We are also open Saturday and Sunday and have many well trained nail techs as well as a full range of services to experience.

I am currently taking a corse to be certified as an Advanced Nail Technician and am half way through! Time to give myself a mid term :) One of the many things that I've become more aware of is that humans are gross lol. We all carry Staph on our bodies and a simple injury during a nail service may conclude in an infection so it is very important when choosing a nail salon and nail tech that they hold their Aseptic techniques at a high standard and if you are cut during a service that you continue to keep yourself clean.
