I want to send a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has reached out, sent kind messages, and checked in on me over the last few months. Due to some sudden, unexpected health challenges, I had to take a mandatory three-month step back from the studio to focus entirely on healing and recovery.

I am incredibly grateful to tell you that I am feeling strong, recovered, and more than ready to step back into the studio doing what I love most!
