☀️ Wellness Wednesday ☀️

“Stay with the happy people.”

It’s something my grandpa used to say, and it’s a saying I’ve carried with me ever since.

To me, it doesn’t mean only being around people who are happy all the time. It means staying close to the people who bring a little more light into your life. The ones who support you, make you laugh, celebrate your wins, and leave you feeling better than they found you.

Wellness isn’t just massages, drinking water, or getting enough sleep. It’s also protecting your energy and choosing the people you surround yourself with. 💛

So your Wellness Wednesday reminder:

☀️ Stay close to the people who feel like sunshine.

Stay with the happy people. 💙

Updated available appointments..

I have a appointment that just opened up on September 16 at 9am for 1 hour

☀️ SEPTEMBER AT SUNNY DAYS ☀️

September is bringing a little vacation time AND some new hours! 🌴

First things first — I’ll be on vacation September 4th–14th, soaking up some much-needed time away before coming back refreshed and ready to see you all! 💛

Starting September 14th, my new regular hours will be:

☀️ Mondays: 9AM – 5PM
☀️ Tuesdays: 7PM
☀️ Wednesdays: 9AM – 5PM
☀️ Fridays: 2:30PM – 7PM

✨ ONE-DAY FRIDAY CHANGE:
On Friday, September 25th ONLY, I’ll be open 9AM – 5PM instead of my normal Friday hours!

With vacation taking up a chunk of September, there are fewer appointment days available this month — so if you’ve been thinking about getting on the table, I’d recommend grabbing your spot sooner rather than later. 🫶

Can’t wait to come back rested, recharged, and ready to work out all those knots you’ve been saving for me. 😂☀️

Every day deserves a little sunshine. 💛

☀️ SURPRISE THURSDAY OPENINGS! ☀️

Thursday mornings isn’t normally a Sunny Days appointment day… but I decided to open up a few spots THIS Thursday! 🙌

If you’ve been trying to get on my table, here’s your chance 👀

These are bonus appointments and once they’re booked, they’re booked!
