Meet Carrie Kern — Master Stylist with 10 years of expertise 🤍

After graduating high school, Carrie attended Toni & Guy, knowing she wanted a career centered on creativity and making a positive impact. When she discovered West End, she knew immediately it was the right fit.

‘I was immediately drawn to West End because of how nice the salon looked, honestly! The second I reached out to Sara I knew right away I wanted to work here. She was very eager to help me succeed in my career, and let’s just say my career has taken off! Truly, there is nothing better than working in such a positive, uplifting work environment.’

Carrie is married to Tony and has two children, Kora and Vinny. Outside the salon, she prioritizes time with her family and her health through fitness and staying active.

While Carrie doesn’t limit herself to one specialty, she enjoys creating customized color and cuts tailored to each client’s individual style and maintenance preferences. She’s currently accepting new clients — link in bio to book. 🖤

Meet Sara Merry — the visionary behind West End Hair Studio🤍

Twenty-nine years in the industry has established Sara as a Master Stylist whose career began in the most unexpected way: giving friends ‘terrible haircuts’ on her back porch during high school. Her creative talent, evident from childhood, led her down a path she never imagined — building a salon filled with the most talented artists she knows. ‘I am so grateful,’ she shares.

Her hobbies include all things fitness, plotting her next adventure in work/life, playing her guitar, sitting in the sun, and loving fast cars.🏁

Sara’s specialty? Talking — Sara loves to connect with her clients. She’s currently not accepting new clients, but we’ll share if her availability opens up in the future.🖤

Welcome GRACIE KUHL | ERIE PA HAIRSTYLIST to the West End team🖤

‘I always tell my clients it feels like I’m painting and talking to the best people all day — and that is genuinely how I feel behind the chair. 🤍

My specialties include blonding, balayage, lived-in color, highlights, extensions, and cutting! As a current Noe’ Noonan Cosmetology Instructor, I value continued education and staying up to date with the newest techniques and trends in the industry.

Hair is my art, but the people in my chair are what make me love what I do. Every appointment is a chance to create something beautiful, connect, laugh, and make you feel confident in your own skin. I believe hair can change everything — your confidence, your mood, and the way you carry yourself. I’m so grateful I get to create hair that makes you feel like the best version of yourself while making you feel completely at home in my chair.’
