I've been feeling called to open up more appointment times at Violet Elements, and I'd love your input! 🌿✨

Violet Elements is a space for slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, finding balance, and exploring your own healing journey. Whether you're drawn to bodywork, Reiki and energy work, past life or inner life regression, or spiritual life coaching, I want to make this space as accessible and welcoming as possible.

As I look at expanding my hours, I'd love to know what days and times work best for YOU!

🌸 Would weekday mornings or afternoons work best?
🌙 Are evenings more comfortable after work and family responsibilities?
🌿 Would weekends be easier for you to make time for yourself?

There's no right or wrong answer. I know life gets busy, and sometimes making time for ourselves is the hardest part.

✨ I LOVE when you trust your intuition enough to actually move into action. ✨

This morning, I was setting up my Reiki room for a client. Part of my normal routine is turning on my diffuser and choosing an oil to set the energy for the session.

So I stood there looking at my oils, and for some reason, Holy Basil practically jumped out at me.

Now, Holy Basil isn’t typically an oil I reach for or work with very often. But something in me said, “This one.”

So, of course, I listened. 💜

Then I looked up the emotional and energetic properties of Holy Basil… and once again, I was reminded why I trust those little intuitive nudges.

It never ceases to amaze me how often the things we are drawn to in the moment have a deeper message waiting for us.

Sometimes intuition doesn’t come with a big sign or a loud voice.

Sometimes it’s simply:

“Pick this one.”

And when we trust it enough to listen, we may discover that our inner wisdom knew exactly what we needed all along. ✨

One of my favorite things to do with my husband is go on crazy road trips to small towns.I've never been to! 😍 Our most recent trip was to wyoming! It was amazing, beautiful, wild and lots of walking!
