Facial balancing ✨

This is one of my favorite examples of why facial balancing isn’t about chasing individual lines or treating one feature in isolation.

Instead, we looked at her face as a whole and created a treatment plan over two sessions, strategically restoring support and refining proportions while still keeping her looking completely like herself.

For this patient, we treated the midface, nasolabial folds, prejowl sulcus, lateral jawline and lips.

What I love most is how the areas work together — improved midface support, softer transitions through the lower face, more structure along the jawline and subtle lip enhancement create an overall result that feels refreshed and balanced.

These photos were taken immediately after session two, so swelling is still present, particularly through the jawline and lips. Her final result will continue to soften and settle.

Every face is different, which is why I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all filler plan. My goal is always to look at your anatomy, proportions and aging pattern and decide where treatment will actually make a difference — and where it won’t.

For this patient, I used a fern technique—a precise, superficial placement of filler in a delicate, branching pattern—to soften these etched lines while keeping the skin looking natural and not overfilled.

This approach allows for:
