☕ Monday Coffee Chat☕️

Did You Know? 🧠

Did you know your body often gives you warning signs before pain becomes a bigger problem?

Things like:
✔️ Feeling stiff when you wake up
✔️Needing to stretch all the time
✔️ Frequent tension headaches
✔️Tight shoulders after work
✔️Reduced flexibility

What's one sign your body gives you when it's asking for a little extra care?

P.S. If there are any massage myths or wellness topics you're curious about, let me know! They might end up in a future Monday Coffee Chat. ☕

I've been waiting for this one ❤️

Who do you have at home? Or what is your favorite animal if you don't have pets?

Hi Everyone!

Thank you all for being so patient and understanding while finalizing my schedule. Online booking is enabled again and you can book up to 3 months in advance.

See you soon! ❤️

Scheduling Update ⚠️

I know I originally estimated that my books would reopen around August 3rd, and I want to thank everyone for your continued patience!

Unfortunately, I am still waiting for my finalized school/clinical schedule before I can confidently open my books. I don’t want to schedule appointments and then have to move everyone around once I receive it.

As soon as I have my schedule, my books will be open! I’ll make a post here to let everyone know, but if you’d also like me to personally send you a text as soon as booking opens, comment below and I’ll add you to my list. 🥰

Thank you all so much for being patient and flexible with me as I navigate this transition into nursing school. I truly appreciate you! ❤️

☕ Monday Coffee Chat ☕

Happy Monday! 🌻🦋

August is one of my favorite months because the gardens are in full bloom and the pollinators are everywhere!

So let's chat...
If you could only have ONE flower in your garden, what would it be?
AND...

🦋 Who's your favorite pollinator? 🐝 Bees 🦋 Butterflies 🐦 Hummingbirds 🦇 Bats ✨ Or another favorite?

Bonus points if you share a picture from your garden! I'd love to see what's blooming where you are! ❤️

Who's been saying,

"I really need a massage..."? 👀

Well... this is your sign. 😂

I have a 12:00 PM opening tomorrow available. Message me if you'd like to claim it! It can be for 60 or 90 minutes!!! ❤️
