As the owner of AND WELLNESS, sometimes it's hard to describe how someone is going to feel and what type of experience there are going to have. So when I have someone who is completely blown away by the experience and they are able to articulate it into words I ask for a review and I was not disappointed! One of our new clients gave us the most amazing review and I just have to share it with you today! This is what makes my heart happy!!! You can find it on Google but I am going to paste it here! This was after coming off our newest lounger The Beyond.

A NEW EXPERIENCE. A DEEPER CONNECTION. A SOULFUL AWAKENING. 🌬️💧🌍🔥

I have always understood that everything God made is good. But sometimes, understanding a truth and experiencing it are two entirely different things.

Today, I experienced something that invited me to see, feel, and connect with that truth in a new way.

At this wellness center, I embarked on a soulful journey that brought my mind, body, and soul into a deeper awareness of the spiritual energy flowing through creation. Through vibrations, stillness, and the awakening of my senses, I experienced a connection that words can only begin to describe.

Wind. Water. Earth. Fire.

Each element seemed to speak a different language, yet somehow, they all told the same story: LIFE. CONNECTION. CREATION. GOD.

I felt the movement of the wind, the fluidity of water, the grounding presence of the earth, and the transformative power of fire. Rather than experiencing these as separate forces, I felt an overwhelming sense of connection—as though I were participating in the beautiful rhythm of something far greater than myself.

And I began to reflect on this truth: If God is the Creator of all things, and His creation surrounds us and sustains us, what might happen when we become more intentional about experiencing the goodness, wonder, and interconnectedness of what He has made?

What happens when we slow down long enough to listen?

When we become present enough to feel?

When we allow ourselves to see beyond what is familiar and embrace the possibility of a new perspective?

For me, this experience was about more than wellness. It was about awareness. It was about opening myself to a deeper understanding of my own consciousness, sharpening my discernment, and making room for a clearer vision of the journey ahead.

I left with a renewed appreciation for the relationship between mind, body, and soul—and with a heart full of gratitude for the opportunity to experience God's creation in such a personal and profound way.

I cannot speak for anyone else's journey. I can only testify to what I experienced.

But I can tell you this: Sometimes, the next chapter of transformation begins when we give ourselves permission to experience life differently.

Perhaps that is part of what Leading in Dark Spaces has always meant to me: learning to recognize light in places I had never thought to look, listening with a renewed heart, and discovering that even when the journey changes, there is still so much goodness left to experience.

Today, I celebrate a new experience, a renewed sense of wonder, and the beautiful possibility of what lies ahead.

I am still learning. Still growing. Still becoming.

And if this journey has taught me anything, it is that there is always more to discover when we approach life with an open heart, a discerning spirit, and gratitude for the One who made it all.

Here's to healing inside out, awakening to new possibilities, and becoming more intentional about experiencing the goodness God has placed all around us—and within us.

The journey continues. And I am here for it! ~Charles. B 🙌🏾✨
