Perfect fall weather, a gorgeous sunset, and another beautiful evening for an Equine Stillpoint Experience.
Tonight, a client returned for her second session, and I felt she was able to let go a little more deeply. Life is hard, and sometimes we simply need extra support—a safe space to rest, soften, and be held.
One moment especially touched my heart. As I began working on her right side, Grace immediately reached her head out of her stall and rested it against the right side of my head. She stayed there the entire time I worked on that side. Such a quiet, tender moment of connection.
I’m so grateful for this healing herd and for the trust my clients place in me when they enter this sacred space. 🤍

Tonight’s Equine Stillpoint Experience came with the most beautiful fall weather—a welcome change from the heat of our earlier sessions.
Near the beginning, the music unexpectedly stopped for a moment, the wind blew and the chains rattled on the gate. In that quiet, my client had her first release. It was like God was breaking her chains and He wanted us both to hear it. The healing herd stayed close and comforting throughout.
Toward the end, Grace gently nudged my client’s foot from her stall. Then, after taking a drink, she let water drizzle down the side of the table. A few minutes later, Red did the same thing from his stall. I’ve never seen either of them do that during a session. As I sat with it, the water felt like a picture of cleansing and washing.
As I was leaving the barn, “God I’m Just Grateful” by Elevation Worship and Chandler Moore started playing. It put words to exactly how I felt. I’ll put the song link in the comments.

Today’s client traveled three hours round trip for her Equine Stillpoint Experience—and then gave me such an unexpected gift.
She asked if her session could be recorded so she could see the moments she wasn’t able to witness while resting on the table. I had always dreamed of capturing a session like this, but never felt comfortable asking a client—so the fact that she asked felt incredibly special.
She created and shared the most beautiful video from our time together. Thank you for trusting me, for allowing others a glimpse into this sacred work, and for capturing the healing herd so beautifully.
Today I went on a beautiful adventure to E-Town. My friend Trena who owns Thrive Wellness Studio offered me a beautiful experience of having a Crainiosacral Therapy session in a barn… surrounded by horses.
So you know me…I said HELL yes.
We planned this about 2 months ago and the weather was perfect. It was hot but there was a BIG fan moving air through the barn and it was cool inside. I was not sweating and neither were the horses.
I settled in quickly and the horses did their thing…being horses. 🐴
I had a beautiful experience and there was a somatic release. I left feeling lighter in my body and when I got home I took a 3 hour nap. It’s been a long time since I napped….my body needed the rest and the assist of the herd. Thank you to Pixie, Sonya, Tara, Red, Grace, Maeve and Jote. Your presence was steady, consistent and provided my nervous system with beautiful co-regulation
Thank you Trena for following your dream and listening to your intuition….I can’t wait to see where this leads you and I am honored and privileged to call you my friend. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴
