Due to some recent events, I feel the need to elaborate on my cancelation and no show policy.
💙If you are not PHYSICALLY in my room within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment, you WILL be charged 80% of your appointment cost and labeled as a no show.
I take tremendous pride in my work. If you show up late, I can no longer perform your service to the best of my abilities. I will not rush and botch a service.
💙If you have EVER no showed, you will be a prepay only client. You will be asked to provide a 100% payment of the service booked. If you no show, you lose it in it's entirety.
I understand emergencies happen. I truly do. Obviously I use discretion in those circumstances. If you know you will potentially miss your appointment, you NEED to communicate with me.
💙These policies will be enforced for ALL. Friends, family, EVERYONE. I will not show favoritism. It keeps it fair for all involved.
💙 I would much rather you reschedule or cancel your appointment ahead of time instead of not showing. I will not be upset. It is a part of life. I am happy to accommodate changes within the appropriate time span.
