Gracefully You

October calendar is now open!🖤

Let’s talk about what it means to be a service provider from the Christian perspective!🩵🕊️

The Bible says, “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” 1 Peter‬ ‭4‬:‭10‬ ‭NIV‬‬

It is a gift to be able to provide a service to someone so we must steward it well.

So that looks like creating an atmosphere of worship and praise through the music you play that they may find peace in your chair or on your table.

That looks like praying over your hands before starting the service that your products will work correctly, enhance their beauty and cause them to see themselves how God sees them.

Remember the old saying that the salon and barbershops being the place of gossip? That’s because people look for community and a place to express their frustrations. As a service provider you are a listening ear to them and you’re called to interceded for them. Not gossip with them.

Being a service provider is the ministry of people. You’re called to serve those who trust you with their services🩵

And always remember, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.” Colossians‬ ‭3‬:‭23‬-‭24‬ ‭NIV‬‬
