Tonight I’m blending my Memory-Tea, and the featured ingredient is rosemary. This culinary herb also helps with focus and mental clarity. I take it daily as a tincture, but I also love adding it to tea blends, either as needed, or as part of my signature recipes.

One of my favorite morning tea blends: rose petals, orange peel, chamomile, hibiscus, milky oats, and elderberries! A beautiful combination of tangy and citrus, sweet and fruity.

Goldenrod deserves a second look, both as a representation of the power center, and as an aid for the respiratory system. It’s a couple weeks past its prime, but you can still find it on the side of the road this time of the year.
And if the plant allows, cut a few clippings and put them in a vase of water for your dinner table! Sometimes the simplest bouquets are the most beautiful!

Capturing the essence of echinacea/purple coneflower to boost your immune system! There are so many wonderful plants that are great for your immune system, but echinacea is what I have growing in my garden right now. It’s part of the wonderful herbal philosophy of… Use what you have! What is available to you? Start there!
I wouldn’t take this every single day. But if you’re in “cold season” cycle through a few days on and a few days off. Give your system a break, but also utilize it to boost your immunity.
