Sculpt & Soothe vs Sculpt & Release:

One invites the face into softness and restoration; the other offers more focused therapeutic work for jaw and facial tension.

✨ Sculpt & Soothe
A little sculpting, a little soothing, and a whole lot of self-care. 🤍
Sculpt & Soothe is a restorative facial and scalp experience designed to encourage relaxation, enhance natural facial contours, and melt away tension through intentional touch and Face Bliss Academy-inspired techniques.
A moment to soften, unwind, and reconnect with yourself.
Your invitation to slow down and simply receive. 🌿

✨ Sculpt & Release
Sometimes, the tension we carry in our jaw, face, and neck runs deeper than we realize.
Sculpt & Release combines therapeutic buccal (intraoral) massage, myofascial techniques, and lymphatic drainage to address deep-rooted facial and jaw tension while encouraging relaxation and natural facial sculpting.
Ideal for those experiencing jaw tightness, clenching, facial tension, or tension that travels into the neck and shoulders.
Less forcing. More listening. Space for your body to soften and release. 🤍

At Ebb & Flow, I specialize in helping you release what runs deeper.

Because self-care isn't selfish.
And taking care of your body isn't a luxury reserved for when everything else is finished.

Sometimes, you need to pause before you're completely empty.

I specialize in deep-rooted tension relief, headache & migraine support, upper-body tension relief through facial and buccal massage, and nervous system care for the kind of exhaustion that reaches beyond the physical.

The tight shoulders.
The aching neck.
The clenched jaw.
The tension behind your eyes.
The restless mind.
The body that feels tired even after you've rested.

Sometimes your body is carrying the things your mind hasn't had time to process.

And that's why I believe massage can be such an important part of mental and emotional self-care.

It gives you permission to stop.
To breathe.
To be still.
To step away from the demands of everyone and everything around you.

My approach is slow, intentional and deeply grounded—creating space for the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and an overwhelmed nervous system to begin to settle.

This is the heart of Ebb & Flow.

Helping you release what you've been carrying—physically, mentally, and emotionally—so you can return to your life feeling a little more like yourself. 🤍

The ultimate self-care day begins with surrender. 🤍

From head to toe, my 2-Hour Sacred Surrender is an immersive experience designed to help you fully exhale.

A little deep-rooted tension relief.
A little facial + scalp + buccal massage.
A little ashiatsu.
A little abdominal wellness.
A whole lot of intentional, grounded care.

Come lay it all down.
Let your body soften.
Let your mind quiet.
And give yourself permission to receive.

Two hours. Head to toe. Nothing rushed. Nothing forced. Just sacred space to rest, release, and reconnect.

✨ Sacred Surrender — the ultimate self-care experience at Ebb & Flow.

✨ ONE LAST SEPTEMBER OPENING ✨
I have ONE spot left on my September calendar — and I’d love to fill it with someone who has been curious about Sculpt & Release Buccal Massage. 🤎 Tuesday, September 29th @10:00am
If you’ve been holding tension in your jaw, face, neck or shoulders, this slow, intentional work may be exactly what your body has been asking for.
Buccal massage combines therapeutic work inside and outside the mouth with facial, scalp, neck and shoulder massage to work with those places where we tend to hold, clench and carry tension.
Think slow, grounded, buttery, melty release.
No forcing. No rushing. Just intentional therapeutic touch and space for your body to soften.
This is my LAST September opening, and I’d love to see this spot go to someone who has been waiting for it. ✨

Could your jaw be holding more than you realize?

You might not think you need buccal massage.

Maybe you don't have what you would call “jaw pain.”

But maybe you…

• Clench your teeth when you're stressed
• Grind your teeth at night
• Wake up with a tired or tight jaw
• Carry tension in your temples
• Get tension headaches
• Feel tightness through your neck and shoulders
• Catch yourself holding your jaw tight throughout the day
• Feel like you can never completely relax your face
• Notice your face feels puffy, heavy, or tense
• Or simply feel like your entire upper body is holding on

Your jaw is connected to so much more than just your jaw.

The muscles and tissues of the jaw, face, neck, scalp, and shoulders work together. When one area stays tense, other areas may become part of that same pattern.

That's why my Sculpt & Release session isn't just about working on your face.

It's slow, intentional work that combines facial and intraoral techniques with the neck, scalp, shoulders, myofascial work, and lymphatic-focused techniques.

No forcing.
No rushing.
No trying to overpower the body into releasing.

Just grounded therapeutic touch… creating space for the tissues to soften.

And sometimes, the person on my table doesn't realize just how much they're holding until they finally feel what it is like to let go.

Over the next few posts, I'm going to talk more about why your jaw, neck, face, and upper body can be so connected—and who may benefit from this kind of work.

Because sometimes the tension you're trying to fix in one place…

may be connected to somewhere else.

✨ Sculpt & Release | 60 minutes

If you've been wondering whether this work might be for you, stay with me. We're going to talk about it...

09/16/2026

Your jaw doesn't exist by itself.
It connects into a whole web of muscles and tissues through the face, neck, and upper body.
So when the jaw has been clenching and holding…
the neck may be holding too.
This is why I love combining buccal work with facial, neck, scalp, and shoulder massage.
We aren't just chasing one tight spot.
We're giving the surrounding tissues an opportunity to soften together.
One release can create space for another.
Sometimes the jaw lets go first…
and the neck follows.

Sculpt & Release: Buccal Massage. 60 minutes.

I would like to thank you all for being so supportive and understanding while I took time off to go visit my Gram in PA last month.

It is with a heavy heart that I let you all know that my Gram passed away last night and my heart is hurting in a way I can’t quite explain.💔

She was such a huge part of my life. So much of who I am is connected to her, and I will forever be grateful for the love, memories, stories, and moments we shared.

As hard as this goodbye is, I am so incredibly thankful that I had the time I did with her. Thankful for every visit, every conversation, every hug, and every memory that I get to carry with me.

I wish I could have had more time. I think a part of me will always wish for more.

But I will choose gratitude alongside the grief.

Thank you, God, for giving me such a beautiful gift in my Gram. Thank you for allowing me to love her, to be loved by her, and to have one more season with her before I had to let her go.

I love you, Gram.
And I will carry you with me for the rest of my life. 🤍

And thank you all for your continued love, support, prayers, and understanding during this difficult moment.

If I have not reached out to reschedule your appt, please know it still stands. Getting back into the treatment room ASAP to serve you all helps my heart to heal. đź’ś
