Running has been my biggest outlet in the last 3 years. I’ve had a love/hate relationship with it before now being a high school and college athlete, fun fact: I used to wrestle 🤭 but since I rediscovered it has helped me in more way than I could ever imagine. I’ve ran happy, I’ve ran sad, I’ve ran unmotivated even depleted but after every run I’ve found myself in a better place. Since I’ve started I’ve ran 2 half marathons (13.1 miles) and many many 5k’s my next goal is a full marathon! I am so thankful I’ve rediscovered this sport because it makes me a better person and better Esthetician 💚🏃🏽♀️🔋 this is how I recharge my battery how are you recharging yours?
