Growth begins the moment fear is meant with gentleness..

We often believe we need to be aggressive or “tough” to conquer fear. But in reality, healing and personal evolution often start when we stop judging ourselves for being afraid. When we acknowledge fear without shame, listen to it without panic, and respond with kindness instead of pressure, we create space for growth to unfold naturally.

I have had the worst anxiety about coming back into the hair industry for the last year. The last time I was full force into hair was 4 years ago. The last 4 years of my life have been traumatic, eye opening, and beautiful all at the same time. I felt like I lost the version of me that thrived behind the chair. As if I lost the person who showed up for my clients mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.

That person is not gone, she’s been in hiding. But it’s time to be gentle with myself. I won’t be afraid or judge myself anymore. And I encourage you to do the same.

Get out there and do the hard thing. Life is much too short to be in hiding from your true self. You are beautiful and you are worth it❤️

I inspired someone’s content recently, and now I am inspired by them to make this post 😍

Social media is wild. We all work our tooshies off with our tripods, the hundreds of editing apps, the social media coaching, the hours spent trying to figure this all out.
(For a really good laugh, look at - that’s how we all look trying to make something of our platforms 😭😅😅)

I’m all for trends. I will get on the trend train (as I have done trends several times)
But there is a difference between a trend that is everywhere and content stealing.

A trend in regards to social media is many posts on social media within a short period of time. So tons of the same content is out there.

Content theft is the act of stealing YOUR content and publishing it without your permission. When content is stolen the entire work is reposted on any other platform and in some cases some few modifications are done on your work and then it is posted.

Shout out to all the small creators who work tirelessly to grow their platform and get 💩 on by bigger creators. Your content is fantastic and you are seen.
