Touch of Marigold Wellness

UNPOPULAR OPINION. 🔥

Not every massage needs to hurt to be effective.

Not every emotional release comes with tears.

Not every energetic shift feels like fireworks.

And not every session needs to look anything like the last one.

Some people need deep, focused pressure. Others respond to the lightest touch.

The art is knowing when to do which.

That’s why I don’t believe in cookie-cutter bodywork.

I work with the person on my table, not a predetermined routine.

✨ YOUR BODY KEEPS SCORE. ✨

The tension in your shoulders. The knot in your stomach. The exhaustion that sleep doesn’t seem to fix.

Sometimes it’s not just physical.

Your nervous system connects your thoughts, emotions, and physical responses. And when stress becomes your normal, your body feels it.

🌿 You can’t always think your way out of what your body is holding.

Sometimes you have to feel your way back to balance.

✨ Regulate. Release. Restore.

🌼 Touch of Marigold

Sometimes an hour isn’t enough to come back to yourself. ✨

🔥🖤 HAVE YOU NOTICED? THE WOMEN ARE RISING. 🖤🔥

Something is shifting. Women are remembering who the hell they are. Reclaiming their power, their sensuality, their wildness, and the parts of themselves they’ve been told to keep quiet.

And I am HERE FOR IT. 🔥

We’re done shrinking. Done apologizing. Done waiting for permission to take up space.

SO WHERE ARE MY LAST-MINUTE WITCHES?! 🧙‍♀️🌙

TONIGHT AT 5:00 PM, we’re gathering in the woods for a little magic, sisterhood, and unapologetic feminine energy!

📸 Amy, who does absolutely AMAZING bo***ir photography, will be capturing all that fierce, beautiful, witchy energy!

🌼 YOU DON’T NEED TO WAIT UNTIL YOU’RE FALLING APART TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF.

The tight shoulders. The racing thoughts. The exhaustion that sleep doesn’t seem to fix. The feeling of being needed by everyone while having nothing left for yourself.

Sound familiar?

Your body has a way of telling you when enough is enough.

At Touch of Marigold, my work goes beyond traditional massage. I combine therapeutic bodywork, nervous system regulation, and energy work to create space for your body and mind to finally slow down.

✨ Less doing. More receiving.

You spend enough time taking care of everyone else.

When was the last time someone took care of YOU?
