Harvest & Release is a sacred evening of reiki and sound healing created to help you pause, reconnect, and gently let go of what you no longer need to carry into the next season.

We’ll begin with grounding and seasonal reflection, creating space to acknowledge what this year has brought you, what has nourished you, and what you’re ready to release.

From there, settle into a deeply restorative reiki and sound healing experience. Allow the vibrations of the bowls and instruments, paired with the gentle energy of reiki, to quiet the mind, soften the body, and support you in coming back to center.
