Neon color hack: two coats of white polish underneath will boost the fluorescent look!
Color used: 'Shell-O' (1212) & 'White Out' (545) by China Glaze
*The white foundation will also make this particular color look just like the popular, 'Sun of a Peach' (1211)*

White look= 2 coats of 'Solitaire' liquid sand+ 1 coat of 'Lights of Emerald City' on top.
