Under-eye PRP is a treatment I get asked about constantly, and I love explaining it because the science is genuinely elegant: we're using your own blood's healing components to support your skin.
We draw a small sample, concentrate the platelets and growth factors in a centrifuge, and inject that concentrate into the delicate under-eye area to support the skin's natural repair and collagen-building processes. For some patients, I'll combine this with a conservative filler approach when hollowing is also a factor.
As a Clinical Director who has trained injectors on this exact treatment, I'm careful and precise about who is a good candidate and how it's performed.
Curious if PRP is the right approach for your under-eye concerns? Let's talk at The Fitz.

Fall is officially laser season ✨
With less sun exposure and more time spent indoors, it’s the perfect time to start working on sun damage, uneven tone, texture, and all those little things summer left behind.
Now’s the time to start your laser plan so your skin has plenty of time to do its thing. 🤍
Come see me and we’ll figure out which treatment makes the most sense for your skin.

Sculptra is one of my favorite treatments to talk about, because it works on a completely different principle than traditional filler.
As the only FDA-approved PLLA biostimulator of its kind, Sculptra doesn't add volume directly, it stimulates your own body to rebuild collagen gradually over months. That slow build is exactly why the results tend to look so natural, and why they can last significantly longer than traditional filler for many patients.
I use Sculptra often in my own treatment plans at The Fitz, and I teach its proper use to injectors nationwide through my training work.
Wondering if Sculptra fits into your long-term plan? Let's talk it through.

When patients ask for a stronger jawline, I often end up injecting everywhere except the jawline itself, and there's a reason for that.
A soft or undefined jawline is frequently a downstream effect of volume loss in front of the ear and in the pre-jowl sulcus (the hollow between the chin and jowl), not a lack of volume along the jawbone. Restoring support in these specific areas can re-suspend descending tissue and smooth the transition from chin to jaw to neck, often producing a more natural-looking result than filling the jawline directly.
This is a great example of why I always start with a full anatomical assessment before deciding where product actually needs to go.
Curious what's really driving your jawline concerns? Let's take a closer look at The Fitz.

One of the techniques I get the most questions about after speaking at conferences is what's often called "the Toxin Lift", using neurotoxin in the platysma, above and below the mandible, to support a lifted, more contoured lower face and midface.
The concept comes from the anatomical work of Dr. Sebastian Cotofana, who studied the relationship between the platysma (a depressor) and the muscles that lift the midface (elevators). Softening the platysma's downward pull allows the elevators to act with relatively less resistance, which can support subtle midface lift and a more defined jawline in the right candidate.
This isn't a fit for everyone, skin laxity and overall anatomy play a big role in candidacy, which is exactly why I assess this in person before ever recommending it.
Curious whether this technique could be a good addition to your treatment plan? Let's talk at The Fitz.

More does not always mean better, especially when we’re talking about your skin.
Laser settings are chosen based on your skin, your treatment goals, and what we can safely accomplish.
We’re going for results, not bragging rights on the highest setting. 😉
Save this one before laser season.

Guilty. 😂
I’m always going to ask the extra question, look at the whole face, explain the why behind a recommendation, and make sure we’re on the same page before we do anything.
Going above and beyond for my patients? I’ll take the charge.

There are SO many things I wish I could go back and tell myself when I first started injecting.
Keep learning. Invest in good education.
Give yourself time to become the injector you want to be.
Experience matters, but so does staying curious no matter how long you’ve been doing this.

Yes, I’m going to ask you to make faces. 😂
Before tox, I want to see how your muscles naturally move when you raise your brows, frown, squint, and smile. Those expressions help me understand your unique movement patterns so I can plan your treatment accordingly.
Your tox appointment might look a little silly for a minute, but there’s a reason for it.

If you’ve ever wondered why I’m talking about muscles during your appointment, this is why.
Aesthetic treatments make a lot more sense when you understand what’s actually creating the movement we’re treating. Anatomy drives the plan, not a one-size-fits-all injection map.
Which one of these have you heard me talk about before?
