F Y N E S S Beauty

🚨 I OWE SOME OF YOU A HUGE APOLOGY. 🥺🙏🏽❤️

If you’ve reached out to me within the last couple of weeks and haven’t received a response, I am genuinely SO sorry.

I recently discovered that my client relationship management system, along with my Instagram & Facebook messaging, has been experiencing technical difficulties. Because of this, some incoming messages were not showing up properly on my end — and I am just now seeing messages from clients who have been waiting days, and in some cases weeks, for a response. 😩📲

Please know that I was NOT intentionally ignoring you. 🥺❤️

Anyone who knows me or has been a client of mine knows how much I value my client relationships and communication. Finding out that people have been waiting for me to respond when I didn’t even know their messages were there honestly makes me feel terrible.

I’m now going through those missed messages and personally following up. 🙏🏽

And because your time matters too, I want to do more than just say I’m sorry.

🎁 If you’ve been waiting for a response within the last 2 weeks and received a follow-up text from me, screenshot that text and receive 10% OFF your brow service, or service of equal or lesser value, on top of any current promotions.

It’s my way of taking accountability, thanking you for your patience, and showing you how much I appreciate your understanding and continued support. 🫶🏽✨

If you reached out and STILL haven’t heard from me, please message me again! 📲 I absolutely do not want anyone else to slip through the cracks.

Again, my BIGGEST and most sincere apologies. 🙏🏽❤️ And thank you for continuing to trust, support, and show love to FYNESS Beauty.

I appreciate you more than you know. 🥹🫶🏽
