The patient had an accident that caused her nose to go sideways and lost all the lift she naturally had .. but there’s nothing fillers can’t fix !!
I went ahead and rebuild her nose , crating bone structure to the side that was broken and adding a pixie lift !✨

We did a total of two sessions to get this look !
One was needleless and the 2nd session we wanted something more intense so we went with needleless 1ml on lips and 1ml on the nose using juvederm voluma ✨
