While your baby rests peacefully on your chest, we gently work on all accessible areas of your body—your head, neck, shoulders, arms, and legs—so you can experience deep relaxation and relief. If needed, you’re always welcome to pause for a feeding or a diaper change before continuing your session.
We want these precious moments of rest to be part of your life—for your body, your mind, and your heart. Because caring for a mother is also caring for her child.
