Hello all! Qigong is back from a long summer break & we're so excited about it! This is an hour long class that will leave you feeling calm & aligned as you walk out the door. What a great way to wrap up your weekend as these classes are always held late Sunday afternoons. Sandra Mighell has been practicing Qigong for many years. This is where she has found her peace & she always seems so honored to share it with others who attend
