A little update on Eudaimonia šæ
The perfect slow morning includes a private mat Pilates session with Mindful Movements with Andrea š§š»āāļø
This year I started to take my health and wellness journey a lot more seriously, and Pilates has been a game changer. Iāve never been great with sports or athletics, and I lacked a mind-body connection. But Iāve been slowly growing that connection over these past 6 months, thanks to Andrea.

Anddd 3 years flew byā¦!
Her Studio officially opened its door 3 years ago. I opened it with so much uncertainty, doubt, and during one of my most trying timesāI was living by myself in Wisconsin with my four pups while my husband was in Montana finishing up his Air Force contract.
Donāt ask me why I did it. I have no idea why. It just felt right even with everything going on. But Iām so, so glad! Because weāre here. And we grew. And we developed a clearer vision of our journey, leading to Eudaimonia
Iām proud of Her Studioās growth into Eudaimonia, and Iām also proud of the woman I grew into. Iām a much stronger, happier, secure, and confident woman compared to 3 years ago. But the bravery and courage was always there. So Iām proud of her too. āØ

Consistency is what makes or breaks your results to correct years of untreated concerns. You wonāt see an overnight change, but you will definitely see it in your ā1 year ago todayā memories. And a year flies by so quickly!

From dull to duh, I just got a facial āØ
A gentle reminder that if your skin isnāt where you want it to beāthe longer you push off the facial youāve been debating on booking, the more time your concerns have to grow. The earlier you start, the earlier youāll feel happy with in your skin.
