Counseling services for individuals. Specializing in grief and loss, guilt and shame, and depression, anxiety, trauma, and challenges to self-worth and purpose.
Counseling is a journey of self-discovery and change. I am a guide on this journey to help you explore, achieve, and maintain change in your life. I focus on the whole person and use mindfulness, spirituality, art, and music to create wellness of the mind, body, and spirit. I believe we are unique parts in a global ensemble. We all have parts to play.
