I feel the change coming but I also know what it will take.

Change takes acceptance Change takes courage.
Change takes persistence.
Change takes discipline.
Change takes love.
Change takes forgiveness.
Change takes compassion.
Change takes truth.
And for me, change takes God.
These words come from my life.
At nineteen, I survived a devastating car accident and a near-death experience that changed my understanding of life and purpose. I came away believing I had people here to help.
I lived with disability and lasting physical challenges—a dislocated hip, a broken pelvis, and one leg longer than the other. I went back to school. I built a career. I found ways to serve while carrying challenges that other people could not always see.
There were moments when courage meant moving forward. There were moments when courage meant asking for help. Persistence meant beginning again. Discipline meant taking the next step, even when it was difficult.
Love gave me a reason to keep going.
Forgiveness has helped me face the past and choose how I want to live today. Compassion reminds me to extend the same tenderness to myself that I have so freely given to others. Truth asks me to be honest about my pain, my needs, my gifts, and my responsibility for the choices I can make.
My faith in God holds these lessons together. My connection with the Holy Spirit is central to how I understand my purpose.
That purpose lives in Inner Healing Beauty and Get Lifted, Get Healthy.
My work welcomes people of all genders because every person has a soul, a story, and a need to feel seen. I want to support people navigating illness, loss, addiction, grief, and life’s transitions as they reconnect with themselves and seek the support they need.
I know we cannot choose everything that happens to us. But we can learn where our power lives: in asking for help, setting a boundary, learning a new skill, caring for our bodies, or choosing a different response.
Self-mastery is what I teach—and what I continue to practice. It means understanding who you are and taking meaningful action toward who you are becoming.
With five living generations in my family, this mission is deeply personal. I look at my mother, my children, my grandchildren, and my great-grandchildren, and I think about what we pass forward.
I want my legacy to be love expressed through action. I want the next generation to see that they can speak honestly, receive support, practice forgiveness, and build a life with purpose.
My vision for humanity begins with how we treat ourselves and one another. A person who feels supported may bring more patience into their home. Someone who learns to speak up may help another person find their voice. These everyday changes can reach beyond us.
I am still learning. I am still becoming. And I intend to keep finding ways to serve throughout my life.
Change takes courage, persistence, and discipline.
It takes love, forgiveness, compassion, and truth.
For me, it takes God.
Love is the healer.
Change takes action.
And my legacy is built through the choices I make today.
