As we get into fall/winter time…
Schedules get busier.. including my own!
As you all know I homeschool my kids.. so my schedule is a little more tight.., although that’s why I work every other weekend and usually am in the salon 6 days a week every week…. To accommodate you amazing clients!! I LOVE WHAT I DO… and I appreciate all of you. But I would like to point out a couple things coming into the fall/winter season! ❤️

1. If you come to me for a fill with only 10-30% percent of lashes left… that will be considered a
“FULL FILL” which will cost $100. (My full sets are $150, so I feel that is very fair) regular fills still $70!

This is because it does take more of my product and work than just a normal fill. So please be respectful of this. As majority of my clients can easily go 3 weeks with no issues… and I’m very willing to try to get you in sooner if you want to stay in that $70 fill cost.
I think this is very fair considering how good my prices are already, and not raising my prices 3 years into this career. I’m always going to be fair and good to my clients!! ❤️ (see pics for reference)

2. PLEASE RESPECT MY TIME AND SCHEDULE.
I have many clients showing up 10-15 minutes late… my time is valuable and I don’t like feeling rushed with my art. So please keep this in consideration.
Also, 1 person late usually makes the rest of my day run late. Please please understand that pressure of feeling rushed and running behind all day.

3. I DONT NOT HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY. Because I understand LIFE HAPPENS.
But PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL WHEN CANCELING.
I send a reminder the day before (if you are unsure you can make it the next day.. please cancel then)
I ask for 24 hours notice if possible. If it’s due to sickness.. calling the morning of right away is very much appreciated.
I can always fill a cancellation spot. So please let me know if you can’t make an appt. 🤩

4. We are coming into SICK SEASON.
I ask very kindly to NOT COME to your appointment when sick… I am literally hovering over your face.., and if your coughing.. very dangerous and distracting. I have young kids and NO PTO OR SICK DAYS IF I GET SICK… so please don’t bring it to me! If you come in and seem sick.. and I’m uncomfortable doing your lashes due to it… I will send you home. With all respect.. we have to help keep eachother healthy by not spreading it 😊

5. Last of all… THANK YOU… FOR LETTING ME BE YOUR LASH QUEEN OF EAGLE RIVER… I have grown tremendously this past year.. and I have all my clients to thank for that… your kind words and love and support of coming back every month, keeps me doing what I LOVE TO DO!!!! SO THANK YOU!!! 💕🥰

🚨✨To My amazing clients..Thank you for being patient and understanding with my cancels and reschedules… I’ve been hit hard with the virus last week that’s going around and my baby boy as well… which really makes for a double whammy sickness I’m dealing with! Not much rest for this momma.

So please be understanding if times don’t align to reschedule and I have to book you out a bit farther than a week or 2… don’t worry, you won’t be charged more if you have lost more lashes…as it’s me canceling on you.. I take the brunt. No worries on that end. Just please know I am trying my best to get everyone in on your time frames as soon as possible… but I am only 1 woman too!!! And I can only fit so many clients in a day and a week! 🚨

Hopefully this is the end to the sick season!! Cuz we are over it over here!! 😞✨
