Let the work speak for itself
I told myself I’d learn stitch braids in 2025…
but I made it a real goal for 2026, and I’ve been practicing ever since.
I’ve tried stitch braids twice on clients already.
The first came out good.
The second one taught me a lot — I honestly think the products played a role.
But here’s the part that feels like divine timing.
I have a client coming up whose hair texture and density I already know I can braid well. He wants stitch braids, which is exactly what I’m learning right now.
So I’m putting myself to the test.
If I can master stitch braids by the end of this month, then I get to move through the rest of the year already knowing how to do them — and that’s a game changer for me.
I’m sharing the process, the practice, and the progress.

The last few months have been filled with studying, teaching, learning, and growing in ways I once only imagined.
Preparing for my instructor’s license hasn’t been easy—but every late night, every moment of overwhelm, every ounce of fatigue reminds me that I’m walking in answered prayers.
I genuinely love what I do. I’m grateful for the journey I’m on, the people I get to help along the way, and the future I’m building—one step, one lesson, one student at a time.
Progress isn’t always loud. Sometimes it looks like showing up tired… and showing up anyway.
