This sweet message from a loyal customer means more to me than I can put into words. 💚
Knowing that a family continues to choose and trust my handmade products is something I never take for granted. Thank you for your kindness, your support, and for reminding me why I love what I do.
It’s easy to let a harsh, untrue review take up too much space in my heart. But messages like this remind me where I want to put my energy: into the customers I appreciate, the connections we’ve built, and the care I put into every batch.
To everyone who returns, recommends Jade Soap Shop, or sends a kind word—thank you. You help keep this small business going, and today you gave its owner a much-needed lift. 💚
So proud of Sunlit Soaps, which is operated by one of my best students Jill Williams! Please support small businesses if you can.

Running a small business means putting your heart into what you make—and sometimes reading words that hurt.
Someone recently described our soaps as smelling “like garbage or nothing at all.” We know scent is personal, and we welcome honest feedback. But words like these can be painful for the person who makes every batch and welcomes every visitor through the door.
To everyone who has supported Jade Soap Shop, shared a kind word, or taken the time to give thoughtful feedback: thank you. You remind us why we keep doing this. 💚
