With the cooler weather finally coming in, a cozy cup of tea is just what you need. 🍂☕️
And around here, every tea bag is handcrafted.
I measure the herbs, blend them, and fill each individual tea bag by hand. No factory line. No mystery blends. Just simple herbs thoughtfully put together, one bag at a time. 🌿
And we’ve got several different teas on the shelf depending on what you’re reaching for:
🌿 Organic Mullein Tea
A simple, single-herb tea traditionally used for respiratory support. Mild, earthy, and a great staple for the fall and winter herbal cabinet.
🍒 Healed & Whole Cough Tea
Mullein + wild cherry bark. A comforting herbal blend traditionally used when you want a little extra respiratory and throat support.
🍇 Elderberry Tea
Elderberry, orange peel, cinnamon, and ginger. Fruity, warming, and perfect for keeping in the cabinet during the colder months.
🔥 Kickin’ Elderberry Tea
Our elderberry blend with cayenne added for that extra kick and a cozy warmth you can feel through your chest as you sip.
💜 Peaceful Night Tea
Lavender tea for those evenings when it’s time to slow everything down, get cozy, and settle in for the night.
🌺 Heartsong Hibiscus Tea
A beautiful ruby-red, naturally tart tea. Hibiscus contains antioxidant-rich plant compounds and has been studied for its potential role in supporting cardiovascular wellness.
And the best part?
You don’t have to measure a thing.
Each bag is already portioned for you. Heat your water, grab a tea bag, steep, add a little local honey if you like, and enjoy. 🍯
Handcrafted in small batches. 🌿
Because sometimes the simplest things really are the best things to keep on hand.

Kickin’ Elderberry Tea is back, and there’s only ONE bag on the shelf right now.
This is our regular elderberry blend with a little extra fire:
🍇 Elderberries
🍊 Orange peel
♥️ Cinnamon
🫚 Ginger
🔥 Cayenne pepper
And that cayenne is what makes this one different.
It gives the tea this cozy, warming sensation through the chest as you sip it. Paired with ginger and cinnamon, it makes for such a warm, comforting cup when the weather cools down and you want something with a little more kick than your everyday tea.
It’s warm and spicy without being overwhelmingly hot. Add a little local honey and settle in. 🍯
Each bag contains 15 individually portioned tea bags, so there’s no measuring or guessing. Just steep for 5–10 minutes, add honey if you like, and enjoy.
Kickin’ Elderberry Tea | 15 tea bags | $20
🔥 And like I said… there’s only ONE available right now.

Not every elderberry preparation has to become syrup. 👀
Sometimes I want a warm cup of tea.
My Elderberry Tea blends elderberry with ginger, cinnamon and orange peel.
And there’s a reason I like that combination.
You get the elderberry, the warmth of ginger and cinnamon, and that little brightness from orange peel.
It’s simple enough for an ordinary cup of tea but intentional enough to earn its spot in my fall and winter lineup.
Because herbs don’t have to feel medicinal to become part of how you steward your home. 🍊🍇🫖

Elderberry deserves more education than:
“Take this when you’re sick.”
The berries have a long history of traditional use, especially during cold-weather seasons, and they’re naturally rich in deeply colored plant compounds called anthocyanins.
But here’s the part beginners need to know:
Preparation matters.
Dried elderberries intended for syrup aren’t something I tell people to simply eat by the handful.
They’re cooked as part of the preparation.
Learning herbs means learning their safety alongside their traditional uses.
That’s exactly why I put both inside my guide.

Here’s something people don’t always realize:
Magnesium doesn’t have to live only in the supplement aisle.
Topical magnesium products are popular because they’re easy to incorporate into an evening or post-workout routine without adding another pill to your day.
That’s why I keep Magnesium Spray simple.
Spray.
Massage it into the skin.
Let it become part of the routine.
One note for beginners: magnesium sprays can sometimes tingle or sting, especially on freshly shaved or irritated skin. Start small and see how your skin responds.
Natural living works a whole lot better when somebody tells you the practical stuff too. 😅

Part of building an herbal cabinet is knowing when not to use it.
That’s stewardship too.
Herbs can be wonderful tools for everyday support and comfort.
But difficulty breathing, significant dehydration, concerning symptoms, symptoms that are severe or worsening, or anything that simply tells your mama gut, something isn’t right, deserves appropriate medical attention.
I don’t want herbalism to teach women fear of doctors.
And I don’t want conventional medicine to make women afraid of learning simple home care.
Wisdom knows there is room for both.
That’s why safety belongs right alongside the recipes in my guide. 🤎

Mullein and wild cherry bark are not the same herb doing the same job.
And that’s exactly why I like teaching them together. 🌿
Mullein has a long history of traditional respiratory use.
Wild cherry bark has traditionally been used in soothing preparations when coughing is bothersome.
Put them into a syrup preparation and you have an old-fashioned herbal combination that makes sense once you understand the plants behind it.
That’s what my Mullein + Wild Cherry Bark Cough Syrup Kit is about.
Not magic in a bag.
Herbs, preparation and knowledge brought together simply.
For traditional wellness support, not a substitute for medical care, especially with persistent or worsening respiratory symptoms.

Tea and syrup aren’t competing preparations.
They’re tools.
Tea is simple, warm and made when you need it.
A syrup takes a little more preparation but gives you something you can keep refrigerated and reach for again.
Understanding preparations helps you stop asking:
“Which one is best?”
And start asking:
“Which preparation makes sense here?”
That’s a completely different kind of confidence.
And that’s exactly what I’m trying to teach in the Fall & Winter Herbal Medicine Cabinet. 🌿
